Membership Billing & Payment Terms

The Burg Concierge operates on a membership-based concierge care model.

Membership fees:

  • Are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the selected plan
  • Are not covered by insurance
  • Cover enhanced access, extended visits, and personalized care services

Membership fees do not replace insurance and do not cover labs, imaging, medications, specialist visits, or hospital services unless explicitly stated.

Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of membership services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Memberships may be canceled in accordance with the terms outlined in your membership agreement.

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing
  • Membership fees already paid are generally non-refundable
  • Access to concierge services ends at the conclusion of the paid billing period
 

Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of The Burg Concierge.

SMS Messaging Terms (If Applicable)

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from The Burg Concierge:

  • Message frequency may vary
  • Message and data rates may apply
  • Messages may include appointment reminders, care coordination, or administrative notifications.
 
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. SMS communications are not intended for urgent or emergency medical needs.
